Custom software

Tailor-made systems for the process off-the-shelf tools do not cover, built on an architecture designed to last and evolve with your operation.

Talk to a specialist
What it is

Built around your process, not the other way around

Every operation has a process that does not fit off-the-shelf software. The usual way out is to force the process to fit, or to patch the gap with spreadsheets, emails and systems that do not talk to each other. It works for a while, until volume grows and the patch becomes the bottleneck. Custom software exists for that point: when bending the generic tool costs more than building the right one.

We build management systems, portals, APIs and integrations that start from your real workflow: the order as it actually arrives, the approval as it actually happens, the exception nobody wrote down. Before writing code, we map that flow with the people who run it every day. The system that comes out of this work cuts clicks, kills retyping and gives your team back the hours the spreadsheet used to eat.

Tailor-made does not mean exotic. We use a mature stack, with Laravel, Vue.js and PostgreSQL on most projects, because predictable technology keeps maintenance affordable and makes it easier to find people who can carry the work forward. Architecture decisions account for the size of your team and what it can realistically operate, not the trend of the season. When a requirement calls for a different tool, the choice comes with a written rationale.

The code is yours from the first commit, with the repository, documentation and a reproducible environment. We ship with automated tests and a deploy pipeline, so any future change, made by us or by another team, goes out safely. And since every living system needs care, you can stay with us on an evolution plan or bring the project in-house without friction.

What we deliver
  • Management systems tailored to your workflow
  • Portals and logged-in areas for clients and partners
  • APIs and integrations between new and legacy systems
  • Data modeling and documented business rules
  • Automated tests covering the critical flows
  • Deploy pipeline and reproducible environments
  • Admin panels and operational reports
  • Technical documentation and knowledge transfer
How we work
01

Discovery

We understand the problem, the context and the constraints before writing the first line.

02

Build

We develop in short cycles, with working software from the first weeks. You watch the system grow in a staging environment and correct course before any deviation gets expensive.

03

Evolution

After launch the system stays alive: we monitor errors and performance, prioritize improvements with you and evolve the product as your operation changes, without needing a brand new project.

Frequently asked questions
When is building worth it instead of subscribing to ready-made software?

When the process that sets your business apart does not fit the generic tool, or when the cost of bending the shelf product outweighs the cost of building. We assess this during discovery with numbers on the table: what the ready-made option covers, what it leaves out and what the workaround costs. If the shelf solves it, we say so.

Who keeps the source code?

You do. The repository is yours from the start of the project, with full history, documentation and environment instructions. There is no contractual dependency on our team for the system to keep running: another vendor or an internal team can take over the project with the material we hand off.

How do you handle scope changes mid-project?

We assume they will happen, because software projects are a process of discovery. We work in short cycles precisely to absorb change early, while it is still cheap. Every relevant adjustment goes through an impact conversation: what comes in, what goes out and what shifts in the schedule. Nothing gets reprioritized in silence.

What if the system needs to talk to an old system?

That is the most common case, not the exception. We integrate with legacy systems through an API when one exists, and through the database, file exchange or routine automation when it does not. During discovery we map what the old system exposes and define the integration strategy before any estimate, to avoid surprises halfway through.

Do you take over systems another company started?

Yes, with an audit first. We review the code, the architecture and the documentation to understand the real state of the project and put the risks in writing. Sometimes the recommendation is to evolve what exists; sometimes, to rewrite a part. You get the diagnosis with the options and decide with clarity, without inheriting invisible problems.

Can I start small and grow later?

That is the path we recommend. A lean MVP validates the core flow with real users before you invest in the rest. The architecture is born ready for the next modules, so growing means adding, not rebuilding. Each new stage builds on what the previous one has already proven to work in practice.

Have a project in mind?

We hand back a clear technical plan, no commitment.

Let's get your idea off the ground

Investment is handled later, in the proposal, after the discovery call.
