This policy describes how Appventura Desenvolvimento de Aplicativos LTDA (CNPJ 25.173.387/0001-09), referred to here as "Appventura", "we" or "us", processes the personal data collected through this site, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

Data we collect

• Contact data you provide in the forms (name, email, phone and, optionally, company/project).
• Navigation data, such as pages visited and technical device information, to operate and improve the site.
• Preferences stored locally in your browser, such as the chosen color theme.

How we use your data

We use the data to respond to your contact, conduct the discovery call, prepare proposals and improve the site experience. We do not use your data for automated decisions that affect you.

Legal basis

Processing relies on your consent (when you submit a form) and on the legitimate interest of responding to requests and keeping the site secure and functional.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with infrastructure and communication providers strictly necessary to the operation, always under contract and a duty of confidentiality, or when required by law.

Cookies

We use the storage essential to the site's functioning and to remembering your preferences (such as the color theme and your consent choice). We do not use advertising cookies.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our forms against bots and automated submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode. When a form loads, Turnstile collects technical signals from your browser — such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header and the sitekey with its corresponding origin — that are strictly necessary to tell humans from bots. This data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc., acting both as a processor, under our instructions, and as an independent controller, to continuously improve threat detection. Turnstile does not use these signals for advertising or to track you across sites. Your rights

As a data subject, you may request at any time: confirmation and access to your data, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, write to quest@appventura.com.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, applying good security practices from the first line of code. No system is 100% infallible, but we treat data protection as a foundation, not a patch.
